Automus is moving Darigold from Oracle e-Business Suite to Oracle Cloud in a phased approach including ERP and complex Supply Chain.

Automus is implementing replacing Oracle e-Business Suite with Oracle Cloud in a multi-phased project across ERP and SCM.

True Temper is a long time manufacturer of golf shafts with a dominant market share globally. As they have grown they have moved into other sports such as hockey and baseball and are quickly gaining market share in their new areas as well. With locations around the globe and a complex supply chain, True Temper was looking to modernize their ERP, EPM, SCM and HCM applications by moving off of Oracle EBS onto the Oracle Cloud platform. Automus helped True Temper through this strategic journey onto Oracle Cloud.

The residential building products segment is the nation’s leading manufacturer and marketer of hearth products, which include a full array of gas, electric, wood and pellet-burning fireplaces, inserts, stoves, facings and accessories. Automus is conducting a full suite roadmap to move from Oracle E-Business Suite to Cloud including ERP, SCM and HCM.

Hawaiian Host Group
Headquartered in Honolulu, the origins of Hawaiian Host Group can be traced back almost a century. They manufacture and sell a variety of macadamia delights to share with the world through their brands: Hawaiian Host, Mauna Loa, MacFarms, KOHO, and Royal Hawaiian Orchards. Hawaiian Host is the largest manufacturer of chocolate-covered macadamias in the world. Hawaiian Host Group (HHG) was running an outdated legacy Great Plains solution which was not supporting the growth of the business. Their master data resided in four systems across Customers and Suppliers, making reporting difficult and data quality very poor. Oracle’s well-integrated Cloud ERP solution provides HHG with the depth, scalability, and flexibility to allow HHG to grow organically and through acquisition. Automus partnered with HHG to create strong executive alignment across the project and drive its success.

The Wonderful Company’s diverse holdings make it the world’s leading grower of tree nuts, America’s largest citrus grower, and the world’s largest flower delivery service with the Teleflora network of florists." The Wonderful company has a unique operating model where their consumer brands operate independently but still require financial consolidation and financial analysis at the corporate level. Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) from Oracle was perfect for providing the needed reporting and analysis. Automus implemented FCCS in a strong partnership with the multiple CFOs involved to drive corporate objectives and meet each business unit's day-to-day requirements.

Remo Drums
Remo Drums is the leading drumhead maker globally and produces a wide range of high-quality products for the music industry. Remo was using an outdated Oracle EBS ERP solution with various challenges related to performance, downtime, outdated processes, and lack of a long-term plan. As a smaller company, Remo had cost constraints and required a full ERP and SCM solution. Automus was able to put together a creative solution that allowed for the rapid implementation of an Oracle cloud solution, giving Remo a fully functioning ERP system at a price point that worked with their budget. The strong partnership and executive alignment at Remo were critical to the project's overall success.

Kendra Scott
Kendra Scott is a leading designer, manufacturer, and retailer of jewelry. The products are thoughtfully crafted in Austin, Texas, and push the boundaries of design and innovation. Kendra Scott had an issue related to Fixed Asset tracking from both a physical location standpoint and a financial perspective. Spreadsheets and custom applications had become extremely cumbersome and would not support the strong growth Kendra Scott was expecting. With a very busy accounting team, the business did not have time to implement a full financials suite, so it opted to implement Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets alongside its legacy ERP solution. This involved a two-way integration with Fixed Assets so that as assets were acquired in the legacy solution, they could be tracked in Oracle Cloud, and then the financial adjustments would be passed to legacy ERP for closing the period.
